I am very pleased with the system and have found that it’s very user-friendly. Any time I have had a problem, my payroll specialist docs everything in their power to fix the issues, and thus far have been successful. Making a switch to Paycom would be one of the smartest decisions that a company could make. We arc completely satisfied.

Last, but not least, Paycom being an online payroll company makes it easy to be able to get into your system no matter where you are if something needs to be done. With other companies the program has to be loaded onto the drive of the computer being used, limiting the availability

We were formerly with ADP. It was our lucky day when Paycom approached us to demonstrate its payroll system. As soon as we viewed its reporting capabilities, we were sold. Your reporting system far surpasses anything ADP has to offer its clients. An added plus is the fact that the payroll system, with its user-friendly options, can also be used as a human resource data system, which ADP does not offer.

It was after the end of our fiscal year, September 30, when our Company was considering changing our payroll provider. I thought, please not now. It’s the beginning of a new quarter and what about the madness of year end? The mere thought of a payroll conversion was terrifying!
When our sales rep came to visit our office for a demonstration, I immediately wanted to know, “what are we waiting for”! His presentation was awesome! Paycom provided ways to accomplish many tasks that we were performing manually. We were interested in a Time and Attendance system and Paycom had exactly what we were looking for. They had the capabilities of providing all our payroll requirements. The system is so easy and very user friendly for our employees.
